Conduct assessments to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and make continuous improvements. Stay updated with industry best practices in communication training and integrate them into current programs. About You: You have 5 + years of dedicated experience in Voice & Accent and Grammar Training and Must have 2 years of experience in Communication/VNA training Your background is primarily within the Learning and Development domain. You possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You are adept at identifying individual learning styles and adapting training methodologies accordingly. You are passionate about helping others develop their communication capabilities to achieve professional excellence.
