The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in VMware technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerCLI, Ansible, or similar technologies is necessary to streamline operations. Certifications in VMware (VCP, VCAP, or higher) are highly desirable. Your experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of VMware environments will be vital in maintaining high availability and reliability.
