Role: VMware VCF Support Engineer

As a VMware VCF Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to resolve complex issues.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of VCF components: vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to deliver timely solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Implement proactive measures to improve stability and performance of VCF environments.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and recommend preventive solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Engage with product development teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and enhance product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and maintain relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Any IT Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in VMware Cloud environments
• Certifications (Mandatory): VMware Certified Professional (VCP) / VMware Advanced Professional (VCAP) in Data Center, Cloud, or Network
