Ability to analyze and optimize the capacity in environment and maintain records for hardware warranty/Support contract expiry. Candidate should have relevant certifications in technical skills. Ability to handle and negotiate the discussions between team members, Customers & External vendors. Ability to handle the different situations during the operational issues and requests. Develop and enforce patch management policies and schedules. Automation and Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline administrative processes. Maintain and Troubleshoot Server roles and features. Ensure server availability and performance through monitoring and proactive maintenance.
