Description We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance to support our business operations. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage security solutions to protect systems and data. Perform regular backups and recovery processes. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies. Provide technical support to users and resolve their issues promptly. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-15 years of experience in system administration or related roles. Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and their administration. Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
