Job Description

Summary: Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex VMware environments while providing mentorship to the team. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement VMware solutions for enterprise-scale environments. Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and ensure long-term fixes. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations. Perform health checks and recommend optimizations for VMware infrastructure. Act as the final escalation point for Sev1 and Sev2 issues, including joining and driving MIM calls. Collaborate on cross-technology solutions involving backup, storage, or networking. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in VMware environments. VMware VCIX or VCDX certification. Expertise in vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and automation tools like vROps/vRA. Knowledge of multi-skill technologies such as storage or firewalls (preferred). Experience in capacity planning and disaster recovery for VMware environments.
