Dear Candidate, We are looking for a skilled VMware Aria Engineer to lead end-to-end service delivery across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VMware Aria suite, Azure, and scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell). You'll manage technical operations, support automation initiatives, and ensure service excellence for clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of cloud services as per customer requirements Work closely with clients, manage escalations, and ensure SLA compliance Collaborate with technical teams to implement and optimize automation solutions Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Participate in 24x7 rotational support coverage Skills Required: Primary: VMware Aria Automation & Orchestrator Aria Lifecycle Manager & Identity Manager Azure Cloud JavaScript & PowerShell scripting Secondary: VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Splunk Nice to Have: General automation experience Critical Criteria: ITIL v3 Foundation (preferred) Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
