Job Description: As a Wintel Domain Specialist, you will be responsible for the operation and management of technology built on the WINTEL stack. Your main focus will be to ensure the availability and fulfillment of operational KPIs. This is a technofunctional role where you will need to understand the business applications running on the Windows stack. Your responsibilities will include managing the Windows environment, overseeing the technology stack, planning system and server upgrades, assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems, ensuring monthly KPI compliance, incident management, root cause analysis, and adherence to policies and procedures. You should have technical expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft O365 administration, Microsoft IIS administration, Microsoft Active Directory/IntraID administration, Microsoft Exchange administration, Windows authentication and single sign-on, VMWARE administration, Citrix and VMWARE VDI skillset, and the ability to integrate Windows with other platforms for incident and operation management. Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: BTECH - Any Other Certifications: ITIL, Windows Certification, O365 Administration - Work Experience: 4 to 8 years In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the technology infrastructure built on the WINTEL stack.
