You are a strategic and innovative Manager responsible for leading the Contingent Workforce Management Office team in India. Your primary focus will be serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Fieldglass system, monitoring contingent workforce data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will act as the point of escalation for complex contingent worker situations. Your role involves leading a team of analysts and senior analysts, providing guidance to ensure service delivery with quality, speed, and compliance. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and inclusivity within the team. Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, ticket management and invoicing, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and technology support. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, senior analysts, and lead analysts, while also managing ticket resolution, incentive approvals, scorecard management, and Fieldglass product management. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing Fieldglass or similar HRIS systems, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. Your experience should demonstrate people management, networking, cross-functional connectivity, and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in working in a cross-cultural environment and collaborating with diverse regional teams is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, along with a deep understanding of contingent labor programs and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. You should also exhibit excellent planning skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to influence others with a positive and professional attitude.,
