As a Manager Transition at JLL, you will be responsible for managing Electro-Mechanical transitions for the South PAM region. Your primary duties will include overseeing the MEP/SS services Transition process, establishing MEP Systems & Processes for Property Management, and supervising maintenance staff during transitions. You will be required to analyze the operation of various site infrastructure systems, determine the root cause of any malfunctions, and take corrective action as necessary. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to schedule equipment maintenance and ensure the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility. In this role, you will manage departmental staff, plan and oversee facilities remodeling and new construction projects, and monitor the budget for the operation and maintenance of the building and systems. You will also be responsible for finalizing the Operation/EHS Manual of the site and facilitating the selection of service partners for new sites in collaboration with the JLL SCM Lead and Operational leader of the region. The ideal candidate for this position should have a technical qualification with transition tool kit exposure, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office. A B.E. with a hospitality background and a strong team player with a proactive approach would be well-suited for this role.
