Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, developing and sustaining relationships with existing and new clients, and achieving sales targets. This position involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, visiting leads/customers, and participating in sales meetings and presentations. Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communication with clients will be a key component of the role. Following is the brief out line of the job: Increase sales revenue and achieve monthly targets Increase market area Customer relationship building Identifying potential leads and following up with them to convert to customers Coordination with production and dispatch department for timely dispatch of orders in full. Coordination with customers for timely updates on their ongoing orders Follow up and recovery of outstanding payments and handling credit control in coordination with Accounts. Visit and attend quality complaints with QC team Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities Proficiency in market research and developing sales strategies Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in preparing sales reports and presentations Experience in the steel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Sales Work Experience: 2-5 years Salary Range: INR 20,000 - INR 30,000 p.m. (TA extra)
