Job Role: VMC Setter cum Operator (Onroll)
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate Mazak Integrex (3-Axis) VMC machines* Perform job setting, tool setting, zero setting, and offset adjustments* Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and diagrams* Monitor machining operations for accuracy and quality* Use manual and software-based measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)* Ensure component quality as per tool room / aerospace standards* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures* Handle minor troubleshooting related to setting and operation
Skill Requirements
* Basic mechanical knowledge and diagram reading ability* Experience in Mazak Integrex / VMC machines* Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, feeds & speeds* Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments* Understanding of offsets, tool life, and setup practices
Salary: Up to 35,000 (based on experience & skill)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years Qualification: Diploma / ITI Mechanical or related discipline Location: Sunguvachathram
Work Schedule:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM 2:00 PMShift 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
