1. Load raw materials & ensure proper alignment and tooling before machining begins
2. As a VMC operator you will be responsible for operating computer controlled machines that produce precision metal parts used in manufacturing.
3. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating the VMC machines, as well as maintaining quality standards and ensuring that production schedules are met.
4. Program, setup, and operate VMC machines to produce precision metal parts according to drawings, sketches, or other specifications.
5. Read and interpret technical drawings to understand production requirements.
6. Monitor and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
7. Document production logs and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
1. Must have min 5 years of experience
2. Should have experience in tool room
3. Experience in operating and setting activities
4. Tool setting and programming for various complex parts
5. Knowledge on reading an engineering drawing and cutting tools.
6. Knowledge in mobile phone fixtures manufacturing.
