Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize programs for VMC machines using G-code, M-code, Mastercam, or PowerMill.
Create 2D/3D toolpaths and machining strategies for complex components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T blueprints to generate accurate machining programs.
Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, speeds, and feeds based on material and machining requirements.
Perform program simulations, verification, and dry runs to ensure safe and error-free machining.
Set up and validate programs on Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak controlled VMC machines.
Troubleshoot programming, toolpath, and machining issues to improve cycle time and reduce rework.
Coordinate with machine operators, production, and design teams to ensure smooth machining workflow.
Conduct quality checks using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMM (optional).
Maintain and update program documentation, tool libraries, offsets, and process sheets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, machine maintenance protocols, and company procedures.

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Software Preference: PowerMill or Mastercam (both accepted)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
