**Job Title:** VMC Operator
**Experience:** 1–2 Years
Job Role
- Operate and set up VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.- Select tools, set work offsets, and run machining operations.- Check part dimensions using micrometer, vernier, height gauge, etc.- Maintain accuracy and quality as per aerospace standards.- Keep workplace clean and follow safety & 5S practices.- Coordinate with QC team and maintain production records.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or CNC.
- 1–2 years experience on VMC machines.- Basic knowledge of GD&T and measuring instruments.- Experience with aerospace materials is a plus.
Skills
- Good focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to work in a team.- Willing to learn and grow.
