1. VMC machine operating independently
2. Working experience on Fanuc, Mitsubishi controler prefered
3. Knowledge in Cutter Selections as per job.
4. Knowledge in machine automation ( ATC )
5. Capacity to work on multiple machines
6. Updating daily activity Plan vs Actual prodution
7. Continual improvement in VMC working area to increase productivity
8. Meet with Plan vs Actual in Productivity and Quality
9. Rejection and Rework controle
10. Communication skills ( Tamil, Kanada & English )
11. Willing to work in 3shifts
12. Knowlege in 5S maintaining
13. Complete the jobs in given target time.
