Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in operating and programming CNC VMC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce high-quality parts in line with production schedules and specifications.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
SKILLS:
Set up and operate VMC machines to perform precision machining tasks according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Load raw materials and adjust machine settings such as speed, feed, and tooling to achieve optimal performance.
Read and interpret CNC programs and blueprints to create precision components.
Make minor adjustments to G-code or M-code programs as needed.
Select, install, and maintain cutting tools and fixtures.
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators for verification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
