VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer

Job Title: VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer (Heavy Machine Parts Tool Room - Only) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer with more than of 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling VMC machines, including programming and opeating the machine. Note: Only Tool Room Operators with experience in machinery parts will be considered. Responsibilities - Perform VMC machining operations including programming, setting, and running components to their final dimensions as per the drawing . - Ensure routine maintenance of the machine for optimal performance. - Work with various materials including MS, SS, Aluminium, and Bronze. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications -Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings , including 2D/3D part drawings , GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) , and tolerance specifications. -Understanding of technical symbols, views, and machining notes is essential for producing accurate components. - More than 5 years of experience in VMC machine programming and operation. - No formal educational qualification required. - Hands-on experience with Fanuc Controllers is mandatory. - Knowledge of Mastercam or equivalent CAM software will be an added advantage.
