VMC & CNC Operator

• Set up and operate CNC turning and VMC milling machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Select appropriate tools, jigs, and fixtures as per job requirements.
• Monitor machine operation during production and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform basic program edits (G-code/M-code) when required.
• Conduct quality inspections using instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Maintain proper documentation of production reports and inspection records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance if needed.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets with minimal rework or rejection.

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹20,137.18 per month
