Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Serve as a medical co-face of the Miracle Program, building trust and credibility in daily live webinars. Conduct two webinars daily , where you educate, counsel, and inspire TTC couples using our proven lifestyle success pillars. Facilitate both group and individual consultations (online only) focused on lifestyle diagnostics, cycle tracking, hormonal profiling, and emotional wellbeing . Collaborate with the team to build evidence-based presentations (PPTs) that convey the Miracle methodology in a simple and engaging way. Guide clients through the 7 Vital Lifestyle Elements (diet, fitness, sleep, stress, toxins, habits, ovulation) central to our preventive fertility approach. Participate in live Q&A , act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) , and offer written guidance to nurture clients emotionally and medically. Partner with internal teams to develop self-paced learning courses , educational campaigns, and community-based learning experiences. Drive client retention through meaningful outcomes by nurturing trust, education, and personalized guidance. Be active in online brand visibility efforts, including long-form videos, expert interviews, social media content , and app-based knowledge delivery. Contribute timely reporting and documentation to enhance client progress tracking and business development decision-making. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualification and Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in preconception, prenatal, or postnatal care. Experience gained in reputable fertility clinics or IVF centers will be considered a strong advantage. Passionate freshers with a strong willingness to learn and contribute are encouraged to apply. Educational Background: - MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology, or DGO (Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics), or MBBS with relevant experience. Comfortable and confident in conducting daily live webinars, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to create educational and promotional content—both short-form and long-form—for social media and digital platforms. Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong belief in and alignment with a preventive health and lifestyle-first approach to support natural conception. Certifications in Fertility Coaching, Lifestyle Medicine, or Reproductive Health are highly desirable. You will also be responsible for conducting sales calls, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills. Understand customer needs and requirements Understanding the sales process through Job Training Negotiating with Users to arrive at the best deal for both the client and organization Generate quality leads to expand our customer base Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth Position our company as a category and industry leader Improve our time spent winning and closing sales.
