Job Summary We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Video Editor to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling video content that captures the essence of our brand and products—ranging from fine detail shots to storytelling reels, campaign films, promotional videos, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content. Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality videos for product launches, social media, campaigns, lookbooks, reels, advertisements, and website banners. Color correct and grade footage to enhance the brilliance of precious stones, metals, and detailing in jewelry. Create dynamic videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, titles, and product callouts suited for luxury branding. Collaborate with the photography team , stylists, and marketing heads to ensure brand tone, storytelling, and aesthetic consistency. Repurpose long-form content into snackable short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and WhatsApp Marketing. Manage and organize video assets, backups, and archives. Integrate audio/music and perform basic sound editing when needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms to optimize engagement. Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a video editor (preferably in fashion, luxury, jewelry, or product-based industries). Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent software. Knowledge of motion graphics , typography, and basic animation is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, color, and composition. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Good sense of storytelling and visual pacing. Basic understanding of luxury brand tone and visual language. Familiarity with social media video formats and dimensions (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.). Portfolio or showreel of previous video work is a must . The ideal candidate should be able to translate design concepts into precise CAD models that are production-ready while maintaining the integrity of traditional craftsmanship and modern luxury design. Key Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed 3D CAD models for Polki and diamond jewellery using industry-standard software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or equivalent ). Collaborate with the design team to convert hand sketches, inspirations, or design briefs into production-ready CAD files. Ensure CAD models are technically feasible for manufacturing, including considerations for stone settings, metal thickness, and finishing. Develop CADs optimized for Polki jewellery , ensuring traditional aesthetics are preserved with modern production techniques. Work closely with artisans, product development, and QC teams to ensure accuracy during the manufacturing process. Maintain an organized library of CAD designs for future references and reorders.
