Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, both proactively and reactively. Experience in monitoring network performance and analyze network traffic, utilizing network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure timely resolution of network-related issues. Experience in maintain network security through the implementation of various security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control lists. Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
