Your Job: Develop OPC Tech file and verification solution for new mature technology derivative programs ranging from 0.18um down to 22nm Technode. Ensure the Tech file solution complies to the Best-Known Method (BKM) and its robustness in terms of convergence, PV band, MRC, Verification to support various geometry environment though intensive testing prior to release for mask write. Perform root cause analysis of printing and yield limiting hotspots using proven tools Provide improvement and fixed for hotspot found during early dry runs/ production tapeout review Support various OPC related/simulation requests from Fab team/Process integration/PDK team. Improve auto-pass rate for production tapeout. Collaborate with vendors for OPC software improvements and upgrades. Qualify new software version on existing OPC Tech file prior to production use. Participate and collaborate on Global OPC internal projects to meet Global OPC team goals for 3R (Request, Realize and Release) process standardization and efficiency/effectiveness improvement through KPIs. Works on small projects or on sets of tasks of large projects and assignments.
