Hands-on training sessions will be a key part of your role, encouraging student participation and practical application of the skills learned. Maintaining an organized classroom environment that promotes learning and collaboration among students is essential. Keeping updated with the latest technology trends and educational methodologies will help you continuously enhance your instructional techniques. To qualify for this position, you must have a commerce graduate or post-graduate degree. Proficiency in MS-OFFICE applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, including knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, V-look up, H-look up, Logical Functioning, and Conditional Formatting in Excel. Previous experience in teaching or training in a computer-related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and basic computer networking principles is necessary. Excellent communication skills are vital, enabling you to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner. Familiarity with technical support processes and troubleshooting techniques is advantageous. Experience in creating engaging instructional materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate is desirable.
