Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office (WFO) Department : Information Technology Salesforce / CRM Practice Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Technical Design expertise to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations. The role requires deep hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, customization, and technical solution design across multiple Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive enhancements, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to end-to-end Salesforce implementations covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions . Perform customization, configuration, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce declarative tools. Manage Salesforce Administration activities including user roles, profiles, security, workflows, approval processes, and reporting. Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com platform to deliver business solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical design recommendations. Support production systems, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high system availability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce end-to-end implementation projects. Strong expertise in Salesforce Development & Administration (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, LWC, Aura). Proven experience in Salesforce Technical Design and architecture for large-scale solutions. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com platform . Knowledge of customization, data migration, integrations (SOAP/REST APIs), workflows, process automation, and security configuration . Experience in support, maintenance, and upgrades of Salesforce systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications (Developer / Architect / Admin) are preferred.
