Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions for insurance clients. - Configure and develop with Salesforce Omnistudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Business Rules Engine. - Develop dynamic document generation processes using DocGen. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. - Participate in solution design sessions and architecture reviews. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations to ensure high performance and user satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile : - 6+ years of total Salesforce experience. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (SFI/Vlocity), specifically for the insurance domain. - 5+ years of experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations. - Proficient in Omnistudio components: DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Business Rules Engine, and DocGen. - Proven track record in delivering complex projects in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working alongside BA and functional teams. Nice to Have : - Salesforce certifications in Omnistudio Developer or Salesforce Industries Consultant. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. - Knowledge of integration patterns between Salesforce and external insurance systems.
