Job description We are looking for a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve complex networking issues for enterprise customers. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills across multiple layers of networking, hands-on experience with VMware technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Role & responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues across L2L7 layers . Perform and analyze network diagnostics using tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, traceroute, route, and netstat . Support VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter . Escalate complex issues as per standard operating procedures. Document solutions and create knowledge base articles. Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices to improve issue resolution. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers, providing updates and action plans. Preferred candidate profile 24 years of experience in network or technical support . Strong understanding of L2/L3 protocols : TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, ICMP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN concepts, VLAN tagging. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving networking problems in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
