Job Responsiblities: WAN Operations - incident management, L1 troubleshooting, working with ISPs and internal users and resolve the issues. First line engineer for network tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve it if is L1 level issue or assign to appropriate L2 network engineer. Work closely with IT Monitoring Team to review network alerts, analyze tickets and produce monthly availability & performance reports.
