Job Title: Property & Investment Professional Company : VKC Properties LLP Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Reporting To: Director Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property & Investment Professional to oversee the complete property and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property management, property viewings, agreement drafting/ contract negotiations and reporting of financial transactions related to investments in shares, mutual funds, bonds, and other marketable financial instruments. Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Ensure timely collection of rental income and payment of property-related dues Contract Drafting / Agreement Management Maintain financial records related to property ownership, rental agreements, and property-related expenses Handle legal documentation and compliance related to property transactions and municipal taxes Liaise with tenants, property managers, and legal advisors for property-related matters Assist in property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Investment Management: Execute, record, and report transactions related to investments in shares, mutual funds, bonds, and other financial instruments. Portfolio review / Management Helping in Investment decisions. Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios and generate periodic reports. Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for optimizing investment returns. Coordinate with brokers, fund managers, and financial advisors. Ensure compliance with investment regulations and risk management policies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in accounts management, investment handling, and property management Proficiency in accounting Tally software Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, taxation, and financial compliance Experience in investment tracking, market analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for statutory filings, execution, recording, and reporting of financial transactions related to investments in shares, mutual funds, bonds, and other marketable financial instruments. Additionally, the role will involve property management tasks, ensuring efficient handling of financial records and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Financial Management: Contract Drafting / Agreement Management Maintain complete company and individual financial accounts.
