E-commerce Website & Sales Integration Executive
Setup Key Responsibilities Website Development & Management Set up, manage, and optimize the Shopify website, including themes, apps, and backend. Customize design and UX for desktop and mobile. Ensure SEO optimization, site speed, and responsiveness. Product & Catalog Management Upload and manage products, collections, variants, and descriptions. Implement tagging, filtering, and upsell strategies. Sales Channel Integration Integrate Shopify with Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping, and WhatsApp Business. Set up and manage Facebook Commerce Manager and Meta Pixel. Implement WhatsApp flows for abandoned cart recovery, order updates, and customer queries. Performance & Analytics Track KPIs like website traffic, conversions, AOV, and abandoned carts. Generate weekly performance reports using Shopify, Meta, and Google Analytics. Recommend and implement strategies to boost conversion and retention. Collaboration Work with marketing and design teams for campaigns, product launches, and content. Sync promotions across all platforms (Shopify + Social Media). Key Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years experience in Shopify development or e-commerce management. Familiar with Shopify Liquid (basic to intermediate). Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and WhatsApp Business API. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp is a plus. Good understanding of e-commerce SEO, UX, and customer funnel. Preferred Experience Experience with educational or publishing brands (not mandatory). Worked on catalogue-driven commerce with high SKUs.
