Personal Assistant To MD/Directors- Urgent Required kanpur 5 - 10 years INR 3.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage and maintain MDs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official documents. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes. Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on behalf of the MD. Office & Documentation Management Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital). Handle confidential documents with discretion. Track and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines. Travel & Logistics Plan and organize domestic travel itineraries. Manage accommodation, and transport arrangements. Support in Strategic & Operational Tasks Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of business reports. Support MD in reviewing important contracts, agreements, and tenders. Coordinate with different departments to ensure MDs directives are implemented. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate (Business Administration preferred). 5-10 years of experience as a PA/EA to senior management. Relevant experience of manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Working expereince from the companies having 300crore & above turnover. Excellent english/hindi communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills . Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

State Head Sales- Tirpal & thappi (urgently required) kanpur 10 - 15 years INR 5.0 - 10.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role Objective: To drive sales, distribution, and market expansion of Tarpaulin and Thappi products in the assigned state by managing sales teams, building dealer/distributor networks, and achieving revenue & profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: 1.Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Tarpaulin & Thappi . Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and penetration. Identify new business opportunities, institutional clients, and government tenders. 2. Dealer / Distributor Network Management Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across the state. Ensure smooth supply chain, stock availability, and secondary sales growth. Monitor dealer performance, credit management, and relationship building. 3. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Territory Sales Officers. Monitor sales productivity, provide guidance, and conduct regular reviews. Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure team motivation & retention. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product positioning. Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements. Prepare MIS reports on sales performance and market trends. 5. Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and discount norms. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and accounts team for smooth operations. Manage receivables and ensure timely collections. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales & marketing experience (preferably in Tarpaulin, Thappi). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to lead and motivate large sales teams. Strong market knowledge of rural & semi-urban areas. Analytical mindset with good MS Excel / MIS reporting skills. Qualification & Experience: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. 10-12 years of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 58 years in a leadership role at state level. Experience in Tarpaulin, Thappi, Plastic Products or similar industry will be an added advantage.

Tender Executive - urgently required kanpur 5 - 8 years INR 3.0 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

The Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of tendering activities, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, ensuring timely submission, and coordinating with internal teams for compliance with client requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track government, PSU, and private tenders through portals, newspapers, and other sources. Study tender documents carefully to understand eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, production, etc.) to collect necessary information and documents. Prepare and compile tender documents including pre-qualification, technical, and financial bids. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tender submissions within deadlines. Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and related correspondences. Handle online tender submissions on e-procurement portals. Respond to pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow up with clients. Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other business documentation when required. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements in tender submissions. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation. Familiarity with e-tendering platforms (GeM, state portals, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). 58 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts management (experience in manufacturing industry is considered). Experience in government tenders will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
