Job Title: Public Relations and Social Media Intern Location: Remote (India-based) Employment Type: Internship (Part-time, Remote, On-call) Duration: [3 to 6 months] About Us VIVIN Facilitators is a Dubai based company and we are a growing startup focused on building a strong digital presence and brand identity. We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Public Relations and Social Media Intern who can help us manage and grow our online community — with a special emphasis on LinkedIn engagement and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, including: LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook , and other emerging channels. Develop and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and updates aligned with the company’s voice and goals. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Assist in preparing PR content such as press releases, blogs, and announcements. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online relationships that strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with management and team members to align social media efforts with marketing and PR strategies. Maintain an activity log for all social media and on-call tasks. Requirements Currently enrolled as a college or university student (any stream with interest in marketing, communications, or media). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with social media tools and content scheduling platforms. Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a remote environment . Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement. Website building, hosting, and SEO skills, including managing domains, mail servers, and Communication tools are added advantage for long-term assignments. Basic awareness / orientation training in domain management will be provided up on exhibiting interest in this area. Preferred Skills Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and analytics. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar). Prior experience with social media internships or student projects is an advantage.
