Role Summary At Vivilly , we’re building a new-age home and wellness brand rooted in affordable luxury . As a Retail Sales & Merchandising Executive , you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across supermarkets and lifestyle stores. You’ll be responsible for managing existing shelf placements , ensuring visual excellence , and developing new retail partnerships . Success in this role means: Maintaining a consistent, attractive shelf presence Building strong relationships with store owners and staff Bringing in new store partnerships regularly Ensuring stock is moving and customers are coming back for more This role is critical to our retail growth strategy and offers you hands-on experience in FMCG-style retail expansion with a fast-growing D2C brand. Key Responsibilities Visit partnered stores regularly to ensure shelves are well-maintained and fully stocked Monitor inventory levels, place restocking orders, and coordinate supply with the backend Set up new shelves in retail outlets and handle visual merchandising Build strong rapport with store managers and floor staff for long-term partnerships Actively approach and pitch Vivilly to new supermarkets and lifestyle stores Track shelf performance and share visual + numerical updates weekly Collect feedback and support in-store promotional efforts or sampling if needed Qualifications 0-1 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG, general trade, or field merchandising Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, self-driven, and organised Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting Two-wheeler preferred for in-city travel Open to candidates from any educational background with relevant experience Why Join Us?
