Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Visakhapatnam. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HI-SCAN X-ray Inspection systems at airport facilities. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system uptime, and providing technical support to clients. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Experience in ICT, ELV, and cybersecurity systems Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues Strong understanding of network systems and data-center infrastructure Ability to provide technical support and customer service Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with mission-critical systems at airports or seaports is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
