Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to boost reach and conversions. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Engage with the online community, respond to messages/comments, and build relationships. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Plan and execute influencer/partnership campaigns when required. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and algorithms. Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager . Ability to create engaging content (visual, written, and video-based). Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
