As a Digital Marketing Executive at Vividh Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving online presence and business growth for our brand and clients. You will be responsible for planning and executing innovative digital campaigns, generating quality leads, and managing digital assets across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives for Vividh and clients through result-oriented digital campaigns and strategies, tailored for different industries and target groups. • Business Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pitch services, support business development activities, and assist in closing new clients. • Project Management: Oversee and standardize client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of top quality. • Database & Campaign Management: Maintain and update digital databases of clients, ensure precise targeting, and implement personalized outreach strategies. • Sales Execution: Actively participate in sales and business development meetings, using data insights to refine conversion strategies and maximize ROI. • Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed monthly digital calendars, track campaign performance, and generate actionable reports for clients and management. • Software & Tools: Handle and optimize the use of digital marketing tools and software (such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot, and social media management platforms). • Content Creation & Curation: Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content for websites, social, email, and ad campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging. • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry trends, experiment with new approaches, and implement best practices to stay ahead of the curve. Desired Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (digital marketing certifications are a plus). • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, etc.). • Proficiency in analytics, lead nurturing, and use of CRM tools. • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities. • A creative and data-driven mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt quickly. A "qualified lead" should be defined clearly, perhaps as a lead that meets specific criteria (e.g., from a target industry, a decision-maker, or has a budget for services). Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPL): Measures the efficiency of lead generation efforts. This KPI is crucial for optimizing ad spend and campaign budgets. Lead-to-Client Conversion Rate: Tracks the percentage of qualified leads that become paying clients. This shows the quality of the leads being generated and their alignment with the sales process. Marketing-Originated Revenue: This metric ties lead generation directly to business growth. It measures the revenue generated from clients acquired through marketing efforts.
