Role & responsibilities: Selling Dubai outbound holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, activities, and transfers. Convert qualified leads provided by the organization into confirmed bookings for Dubai outbound holiday packages . Engage with customers to understand travel requirements and design customized Dubai itineraries (flights, hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers). Present and explain package options effectively to maximize conversions. Proactively upsell and cross-sell premium hotels, excursions, and add-ons to increase revenue per booking. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . Provide professional travel consultation, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business . Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in the CRM system. Stay updated with competitor packages, Dubai travel trends, and promotional offers.. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound holiday sales (Dubai/Middle East sales preferred). Strong ability to convert provided leads into sales with high closing ratios. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals . Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills . Knowledge of Dubai attractions, hotels, and visa requirements . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel booking tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
