Organization Background: The Service Integration Reporting and Analytics team supports reporting needs for the Virtual Application Delivery and Electronic Health Record teams - teams which enable our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. What will you be responsible for Define and maintain the architecture for digital workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and user experience principles. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Service Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data & Analytics, to design scalable and secure workplace technology solutions. Evaluate new and emerging technologies to drive innovation in productivity, collaboration, and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, Power Platform). Lead architectural governance processes for digital workplace projects, ensuring consistency, compliance, and technical feasibility. Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps for current and future state environments. Provide expert-level guidance and mentoring to engineering teams implementing workplace technologies. Review solution implementation and delivery quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Translate business and caregiver experience requirements into actionable, technically sound designs. What would your day look like Solution Architecture & Design Assess business challenges and translate them into technical architecture using cloud-based and on-premises tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Power Platform). Define integration patterns for various tools and platforms (e.g., API, data syncs, automation flows) within the digital workplace. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure architectural decisions meet regulatory and policy requirements. Design user-centric solutions focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and measurable value. Technology Leadership Evaluate and pilot modern digital workplace solutions (e.g., Copilot for Microsoft 365, AI assistants, employee experience platforms). Lead or contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for modern workplace architecture in enterprise-level discussions. Governance & Standards Establish architectural patterns and reusable components to accelerate solution development Create documentation standards, design templates, and architectural principles. Review and approve technical documentation and diagrams submitted by engineering or support teams. Collaboration & Agile Delivery Engage with product owners and stakeholders to understand evolving digital workplace needs. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) to align architecture efforts with delivery teams. Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage and track architecture work items and epics. Support the development of epics, features, and user stories from an architectural perspective. Who are we looking for Proven architecture and solution design experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystems , including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Viva Suite. Strong understanding of identity and access management (e.g., Azure Active Directory), including conditional access, authentication protocols, and role based access control Solution Design: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, reusable, and secure technical solutions Expertise in selecting and recommending tools or services to meet business and technical requirements Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of modern workplace security s Stakeholder Management: Ability to work across business, technical, security, and support teams Translate technical decisions and roadmaps into business impact/value Mentorship & Guidance: Lead technical reviews and guide engineers and analysts toward best practices Create reference architectures, templates, and reusable patterns Agile Delivery: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Use of Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage architectural work, epics, and user stories Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Owner to lead the end-to-end ownership of the MyHCLTech (intranet) platform. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in platform management, business process design, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive product enhancements, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Enhancement Own MyHCLTech as a business-critical platform, managing its functionalities, enhancements, and day-to-day operations. Refine, validate, and qualify new feature requests and enhancements for inclusion in the product roadmap. These might include new requirements from IC Team or other functions or business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and program managers from BTIS Team to plan and execute sprint cycles. Manage the BRD and CR process for MyHCLTech liasing with the BTIS Lead. Author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; manage backlog grooming and sprint planning. Testing & Quality Assurance Oversee and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new and enhanced features. Track user stor ies and test cases using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira. Ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous validation and feedback loops. Performance & Analytics Monitor product performance and track key metrics for data-driven decisions. Analyse user feedback and satisfaction scores to continuously improve platform usability and relevance. Operations & Support Manage change requests and support documentation for end-users. Develop video tutorials and conduct user training sessions to improve platform adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for intranet-related support in addition with the USP ticketing process Application Integration & Quality Control Ensure accurate representation of enterprise applications in MyHCLTech, including links, tooltips, search keywords, and owner details. Periodically audit and update application listings to remove outdated or redundant information. User Engagement & Feedback Manage the intranets guided tour and feedback mechanisms. Monitor and analyse feedback responses to enhance user satisfaction and platform effectiveness. Change Management & Communication Lead strategic communication efforts around platform changes and enhancements. Ensure timely and clear messaging to end-users regarding updates and new features. Required Skills and Qualifications Core Requirements Strong understanding of SharePoint Online sites, SharePoint pages, and integration with Viva Suite and Office 365. Experience in UX design and quality control. Proficiency in Agile tools, sprint tracking, and software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Proven experience in business process ownership, especially for internal platforms or enterprise applications. Strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms, content management systems, and digital workplace tools such as Office 365 applications, Viva Suite of Products. Deep knowledge about SharePoint Pages and its integration with Viva Suite or O365 products. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology or Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field.
