Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, based in Gurgaon. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and compliance. Daily tasks include managing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, handling employee grievances, and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards. Qualifications Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition Strong skills in training, development, and performance management Proficiency in payroll management and HR compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
