Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of projects, coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, managing interior design elements, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget is key to this role. Job Summary: The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading the design process for modular kitchens and wardrobes, from initial concept to final installation. This role requires a creative and technically skilled individual with a strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and design principles. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Design Development: Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop creative and functional design concepts for modular kitchens and wardrobes. Prepare detailed presentations, including material samples, mood boards, and design proposals. Technical Drawing & Documentation: Create highly detailed and accurate 3D and 2D drawings for production using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar programs. Generate a complete set of technical drawings for production. Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and manufacturing specifications. Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, production team, and installers to ensure a smooth and successful project execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design to completion. Review and approve shop drawings and material specifications. Material & Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current trends, materials, and hardware in the modular furniture industry. Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and accessories to meet design and budget requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on modular kitchens and wardrobes. Proven expertise in creating detailed 3D and 2D technical drawings for production. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A portfolio showcasing a strong body of work in modular furniture design. Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
