Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, GST/TDS compliance, and return filings. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory requirements with accuracy and ownership. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks. Record all financial transactions — sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual filing). Calculate and file TDS returns, issue Form 16/16A, and ensure timely compliance. Perform bank, vendor, and client reconciliations. Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly closing and financial reviews. Coordinate with external CA and internal finance teams for statutory audits. Maintain proper documentation and digital records for all compliance activities. Required Skill Set Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting. Understanding of GST filing, TDS computation, and Income Tax basics. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Experience: 2–5 years in a similar accounting & compliance role (preferably in a CA firm or finance outsourcing setup).
