Staff at reception were too focused on listing rules for staying to the customers rather than welcoming them with smile or greeting them. Something that should be fundamental for the hospitality business.

Breakfast at IRA Mumbai , poor quality of food and price charged is exhorbitant high . The chef doesn’t know how to make egg omelette and farsan kept near poha and upma has high quantity of moisture which makes it uneatable and masala tea served has too much watrt and less milk
