Responsibilities Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule store employees. Handle hiring, performance reviews, and motivate the team to meet goals. Store Operations: Manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures. This includes opening/closing the store and maintaining cleanliness. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and assist customers as needed. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and manage stock replenishment to ensure adequate supply. Sales and Performance: Implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and work to achieve sales targets. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics. Financial Management: Handle finances, prepare budgets, and manage records of sales and expenditures. Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment, including managing displays. Qualifications and skills Experience: Previous experience in a retail, supervisory, or management role is often required. Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for managing a team and operations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and customers. Customer Service: A strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
