Job Title: Retail Store Manager Location: Powai, Mumbai Reporting To: Retail Sales Head Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our Powai outlet. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and maintaining high customer service standards. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and will report directly to the Retail Sales Head. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and staff management Ensure excellent customer experience and in-store service Drive sales through in-store promotions and product knowledge Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and stock levels Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Retail Sales Head Coordinate with the central team for marketing, supply, and finance needs Experience: 2–5 years in retail/F&B store management preferred Skills: Leadership, customer service, sales-driven mindset, operational discipline Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Application Question(s): Can you use MS excel and other softwares.
