Sales & Marketing Manager (3–6 Years Experience)
Job Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 3–6 years of proven experience in driving business growth, developing market strategies, and managing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and market share targets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments. Manage and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management. Handle negotiation, pricing, and deal closures with major clients. Marketing Management Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns — online and offline. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage social media presence, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions. Plan and execute product/service launches, exhibitions, and industry events. Monitor marketing ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance. Client Relationship & Business Development Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Generate business through referrals, networking, and cold calling. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and track progress. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with internal departments (product, finance, operations) for seamless project execution.
