We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Interior Designer. Your key responsibilities will include visualizing and sketching design plans according to client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs, and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications. It is crucial that you comply with the regulatory environment related to inspections and building codes. Your role and responsibilities will involve creating attractive designs and layouts for various projects, meeting with clients to understand their objectives and desires, effectively communicating with clients, vendors, and teams to address client needs, preparing presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients, creating quotes and ensuring the full workflow is followed, conceptualizing and sketching design plans, determining project costs and requirements during the budgeting phase, setting timelines for project completion, utilizing computer applications in the design process, and maintaining industry knowledge to stay relevant. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio of design work, proven experience in Residential Designs and modular kitchens, strong communication and presentation skills, and project management skills. Freshers are not allowed for this position. Immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent job that involves day shifts and offers performance bonuses. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree. The total work experience required is 3 years, specifically in interior design.
