You will be responsible for leading a team of at least 7 individuals for the conceptualization and interior design of NBU (New Business Unit) stores. This role will involve coordinating services, preparing GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications. Additionally, you will be required to create concept presentations, interior layouts, sections, elevations, GFC drawings, 3D views, and coordinated services drawings. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, visualization software, Excel, and MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) is essential for this position. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in a leadership role within an architectural firm, interior design agency, or client-side (preferably in the QSR or Retail industry) focusing on restaurant concepts and design/layouts will be preferred. The ability to collaborate with both in-house teams and external consultants to deliver comprehensive execution drawings packages is a key requirement for this role.,
