The Senior Manager, Art Associate will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering a range of projects related to conceptualization, creative design, and visual storytelling. This includes owning the creative ideation, visual direction, and execution for various use cases and mediums, leading idea generation, preparing creative briefs, building storyboards and wireframes, and applying different art forms such as typography, videography, graphic design, and photography to translate ideas into visual storytelling. The role also involves conceptualizing design ideas for internal communication devices and go-to-market materials, devising detailed project plans, and developing creative solutions to enhance client experiences across all communication touchpoints. Qualifications we seek in you: - Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Media Arts, Interaction Design, or equivalent education and experience - Relevant experience as a Visual Storyteller/Art Director in advertising/design studio or in-house creative agency - Exceptional aesthetic sense, understanding of design principles, and knowledge of emerging trends in media and marketing - Demonstrable experience in synthesizing technical language frameworks into creative visuals - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - Ability to lead, influence, and instruct creative strategy in a fast-paced business environment - Passion for design and people - Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffect, Premier Pro, XD, and Microsoft tools Preferred qualifications/skills include excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, lead projects from concept to completion, storyboard or translate ideas to designers and writers, supervise and develop employees, build strong relationships, stay updated with industry trends, and demonstrate creative and innovative thinking. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India, with a Master's degree or equivalent education level required.
