As an editor at SVF, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across various verticals, crafting videos tailored to diverse mediums and audiences. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding project briefs and transforming concepts into innovative video content, ensuring timely delivery of the final product. You will be tasked with creating concept boards and visual representations for different projects, assembling raw footage, and enhancing the video with necessary elements such as audio, graphics, and color grading to develop a rough cut file based on the script/story sequence. Moreover, you will play a key role in editing social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting to the specific requirements and nuances of each platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Production, Creative, and Content Marketing, will be essential in meeting project requirements within set timelines. Staying abreast of the latest trends and practices in video editing across various mediums and platforms is crucial to excelling in this role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an Editor in a production house, creative agency, or a similar environment. Proficiency in editing software and programs such as Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a must. A keen eye for detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to meeting delivery timelines are key attributes expected in the successful candidate.,
