The Experience Design Lead B2B Enterprise will be a part of Adobe's Enterprise Content Labs in Noida. This individual will lead the brand, creative direction, and governance process for customer content and assets. Adobe is seeking someone to champion the brand, master the governance process, and introduce new efficiencies through the adoption of GenAI in creative workflows. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a strong communicator capable of effective collaboration with Adobe Studio, internal competencies, and agency teams. As the Creative Director, you will lead the creative process for a category, setting the concept, theme, or artistic direction for campaigns, products, or brand initiatives. Ensuring all creative elements align with brand goals and the target audience is essential. You will maintain product expertise, create new original assets, and guide agency partners to do the same. Driving Creative Architecture, Brand Architecture, or Visual Expression to ensure art assets are on brand will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving creative vision, managing projects to execution, and delivering high-quality work in collaboration with internal collaborators and external agencies. Interpreting creative briefs, setting the strategic direction for internal teams and external agencies, and developing high-level ideas that resonate with the brand and target audience are key aspects of the role. To succeed in this position, you should have at least 15 years of experience in related roles, expertise with Figma, and a clear understanding of automation, libraries, and current design knowledge. Proficiency in guiding creative projects from concept to completion across various fields, problem-solving skills, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
